Buyer legal representation includes:
1. Meet with you to review the Purchase and Sale Agreement;
2. Add provisions to the Agreement to protect your interests;
3. Negotiate the Agreement with the Sellers' legal counsel;
4. Advise on problems/issues that arise between the signing of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and closing date;
5. Review documents and closing figures with you prior to and at the closing.Seller legal representation includes:
1. Draft the Purchase and Sale Agreement;
2. Negotiate the Purchase and Sale Agreement with the Buyer or the Buyer's counsel;
3. Draft and prepare the Deed and Power of Attorney (if you do not want to attend the closing);
4. Advise on problems/issues that arise between the signing of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and closing date; and
5. Attend closing and review, interpret and explain documentation.
